Our city break was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location was great as it was within walking distance to the major attractions. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay the best aspect of it all. They offered us complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi during our stay, which was a nice surprise.

One front desk staff member was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable when we arrived. He was unresponsive to our enquiries before our visit and seemed annoyed when we arrived.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent - it was very near many tourist attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning. However, what stood out the most to me were the staff. Despite not being in the hotel, the manager or owner graciously handled a situation and still treated me with the utmost respect as a customer. Kudos to the team for their great hospitality!
